Position/Job Title: CT Technologist Job Number: 100200351 Employment Type: Fulltime Location: Coos Bay, OR 97420 Industry: Healthcare Salary: $35.00 Per hour Job Description : Our client is committed to offering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism. They are searching for a dedicated BCaBA to join their team and play an integral role in enhancing the lives of their clients and their families. The selected individual will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, training behavior technicians, and ensuring that clients receive optimal care in line with best practices in the ABA field. Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Use available resources to select the appropriate assessment for a learner and complete all required components for the client's funding source in time for proper review.

• Administer assessments including but not limited to VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.

• Develop reports including but not limited to functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.

• Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client's program.

• Monitor progress regularly via visual analysis and make program changes when indicated.

• Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.

• Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client as well as the caregiver. Required & Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience :

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a team setting is preferred.

• Integrity and strict adherence to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.

• Capable of frequent position changes and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Required Licenses, Training, and Certifications :

• Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, maintaining good standing with the BACB. Job Benefits :
