POSITION SUMMARY Reports To: Director of Radiology Summary: Take x-rays and Computerized Axial Tomography (CAT or CT) scans or administer nonradioactive materials into patient#s blood stream for diagnostic purposes. Includes technologists who specialize in other modalities, such as computed tomography, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance. Work Schedule: Non-standard work hours SKILLS # ABILITIES Education Associate#s Degree (two year college or technical school) Experience Two to four years related experience Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft#Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility. Certificates # Licenses Registered in Radiology by the ARRT. BLS Certification required. Other Requirements CT Tech training completed.# This position requires constant standing and walking.
