Summary:

  • Looking for energetic, dedicated individuals who enjoy meeting new people daily.

  • Increase brand awareness at our off property locations with the goal of bringing guests to tour properties. This can be a part time seasonal position to start, hourly ($10) plus commission ($15 per completed tour).

  • Current hours of operation are 7AM to 6PM daily. Team works 4 ten hour days with 3 days off

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ideal candidate will work under the direction of a Supervisor, Manager, Lead or General Manager. Daily duties Include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Speedily and Accurately Communicate information to guests and fellow Team members

  • Research and Resolve issues as they occur

  • Interact with guests for the purposes of discovery

  • Be aware of any updates or changes

  • Provide correct end of the day reports/summaries to managers

  • Communicate effectively with personnel in other WG departments and with management.

  • Assist supervisor and/or manager in small projects

  • Ensuring guests are booked to preview WGR with appropriate qualifications

  • Other duties may be assigned*

Qualifications:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This position requires a dependable vehicle.

Education and Experience:

  • A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Must project a professional appearance and attitude.

  • Customer service and Data Entry experience is a plus.

  • Must have word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively.

  • Multitasks and works well under pressure with precision.

  • Pays attention to details.

Language Skills:

  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and procedure manuals in English.

  • Demonstrate and utilize your ability to listen and speak effectively.

  • Also to always provide excellent internal customer service to fellow team members managers trainers and Denny's staff.

  • Able to quickly do discovery and engage guests in conversation leading to a preview of our property.

Mathematical Ability:

  • Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Possess the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

  • Present outcome of mathematical computed savings to guests as needed,

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

  • Possess the ability to deal with problem situations involving owners, guests and Team Members in a courteous and friendly manner, and to effectively communicate these issues -- immediately - to your Supervisor.

Investigates all incoming mail and other sources of complaint/ issues in all programs including but not limited to CSD, Owner Relations Database and MR Apps. Make necessary corrections to information entered into the database. Compiles sorts and verifies all information received to respond to owner/guest issues. Keeps record of work completed. Files or routes letter and source documents after entry. Answer incoming calls; create issue and if necessary forward issue to proper department. Communicate with our owners and guests on behalf of Mr. Siegel Diffuse escalated issues in the best interest of the Company Communicate rationally with irate owners and guests SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No Supervisory Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
