Responsibilities A Customer Support Representative (CSR)/Teller Support Specialist is responsible to deliver a positive customer experience to current and prospective bank customers on the banking floor and the teller line.

The person in this position will routinely move between the customer service desk and teller line as needed. A CSR/Teller Support Specialist must be able to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints. It requires someone who will maintain the security of customer information, prioritize items of significance, and be a team player.

Routinely provide quality customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions (i.e. opening of accounts, cashing checks, etc.) with a professional attitude on both the teller line and platform Determine customer needs, explain and sell products and services Telephone customers to schedule sales appointments and promote products Participate in branch prospecting efforts Assist customers with requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, balance discrepancies, loan information, etc. Serve as a liaison between customer and operational areas Conduct customer transactions with accuracy and prepare daily cash balancing within established guidelines Ability to understand directions and adhere to established policy and procedures Able to remain focused Other related duties as assigned or directed Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific requirements in a timely fashion Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Internal product knowledge and teller training Accurate and proficient math Documentation skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Clear thinking and ability to stay focused Must be able to consistently demonstrate the Company's core values: a strong work ethics, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency and humility Two (2) years of bank and/or customer service normally required

Responsible for the continued development of a highly engaged safety culture that promotes safety focused behaviors and feedback. The position focuses on prevention through ownership, so the Safety Specialist will need to be able to develop team ownership and implement best practices that ensures the prevention of workplace illness and injury.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong> include the following: </p><ul><li><span>Serve as a role model, promote a visible safety culture, and lead by example in terms of exemplary safe work habits </span></li><li><span>Assist in complying with all local, State and Federal regulatory affairs requirements, help teams to understand all regulations and standards, including guidance on handling OSHA compliance, inspections, audits and citations</span></li></ul><p>   Responsible for the development and execution of 3-5 year safety strategy </p><ul><li><span>Investigate accidents, injuries and near misses, perform root cause analysis then document findings and make recommendations, assure corrective action items are completed in a timely manner </span></li><li><span>Coordinate, track and update all required plant safety trainings in both facilities for every team member monthly</span></li><li class="ql-align-justify">Track and share safety results/metrics</li><li><span>Proactively seek new ways to improve overall safety performance, drive improvements to current processes and safety policies</span></li><li class="ql-align-justify">Schedule & head all safety committee meetings, ensure that members have equal opportunity to lead safety meetings and serve as a mentor to all safety committee team members</li><li><span>Organize and conduct audits in both facilities on a regular basis to assure both plants are compliant including ensuring fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems receive their annual and monthly inspections</span></li><li><span>Ensure action items are completed to minimize future exposure, with proper records/documentation maintained Assist in identifying key opportunities for operational improvement in the areas of safety</span></li><li><span>Assist with maintaining employee-training database including copies of certificates and other pertinent safety documents</span></li><li>Assist with routine emergency drills are conducted and documented at both locations gauge employee readiness</li><li>Coordinate and monitor trainings for the First Responder Teams in both plants</li><li>Inspect working conditions to ensure all products and activities are compliant with safety guidelines </li><li><span>Exhibit knowledge of appropriate emergency protocols </span></li><li><span>Responsible for participating in new employee orientation and championing HW’s safety program, training, & committee </span></li><li><span>Stays abreast of industry trends and regulations</span></li><li><span>Maintains the SHARP certifications and seeks continuous avenues for growth and improvement</span></li><li><span>Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of SDS’s for both facilities</span></li><li><span>Coordinate safety evaluations on new and existing equipment and processes and maintain documentation on standard operating procedures</span></li><li><span>Assist with writing & revising health and safety programs, (HASP) plans, fall protection plans and job specific JSA’s</span></li><li><span>Prioritize and manage a growing number of assigned tasks;
