SUMMARY: Processes all cash transactions while providing Spectacular Customer Service. Performs duties in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and policies and procedures.

DUTIES: Performs all duties within the rules and regulations of Cage Slots Operations consistent with employee handbook.

Receives and exchanges cash, checks, gift certificates, gaming chips, slot tickets, and other vouchers from guests. Maintains physical custody of the Cashier's inventory of currency, coins, tokens, forms, documents and records transactions accurately at a cashier station or working on the gaming floor. Handles fill and credit transactions.

Processes cash advances and check cashing. Maintains payroll check cashing registry. Performs all duties in accordance with our spectacular customer service standards.

Responsible for signing in and out necessary keys for assigned shift. Performs basic troubleshooting on Player Terminals when rotated to floor. Cashes out jackpots under the direct supervision of the Supervisor/Cashier. Effectively, efficiently and professionally communicates with coworkers using electronic media

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Required.

Cash handling experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years large volume cash handling experience is preferred, coupled with a fast-paced business environment.

Supervises CSO personnel, oversees the operation of the Cage Slots Operations Department during assigned shift and ensures spectacular customer service to guests. Supervisory Responsibilities: Front line personnel on assigned shift DUTIES: Operates Cage/Slot Operations according to department policies and procedures, MICS, State Compact, Appendix X & X2, Tribal Internal Controls Standard and Title 31. Oversees custody and balances of cage inventory, including currency, coins, checks, gaming chips, forms and records normally associated with the operation of the cage. Completes all reports required to maintain a smooth operation. Resolves employee and guest disputes not resolved at a lower level including resolution reports. Directly supervises and interfaces with Supervisor and Rubber band to ensure optimal operations and adequate controls in accordance with Gaming Ordinance, State Compact, and MICS while on shift. Responsible for investigate, review of variance and respond to NOE in a timely manner. Approves guests' checks according the casino policies. Oversees the distribution of PME payroll checks. Oversees the revenue deposit. Oversees issuance of bank rolls to personnel. Oversees all Keno, Department, and blind drops. Oversees revenue drop verification. Responsible for all aspects of performance management to include training, employee evaluations, coaching and corrective action Safeguards company assets located within Cage/Slot Operations. Utilizes resources to maximize the efficiency of the operation. Uphold 72 hours response timeline to employees and guests. Safeguards company assets located within Cage Slots Operations. Enforces rules and regulations of the department consistent with Gaming Ordinance, State Compact, Appendix X & X2, MICS, TICS and Employee Handbook. Maintains custody and balances the Cage Slots Operations inventory, including currency, coins, checks, gaming chips, forms and records normally associated with the operation of the department Approves guests' checks according the casino policies. Receives, distributes and redeems gaming chips according to policies. Issues bank rolls to personnel. Enters all data for bank rolls issued into the computer. Verifies revenue drops. Completes all reports required to maintain a smooth operation. Responsible for handling employee disputes, training new employees, and providing input on training requirementsProven ability to meet deadlines and maintain flexibility. Responsible for assigning stations for staff and ensuring breaks run smoothly in accordance to operation needs. Oversees and assists staff in troubleshooting and operation of machines. Flexibility to act in multiple positions during assigned shift QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Required. Retail or customer service experience required.
