We are seeking a Pharmacy Logistics Supervisor for our center to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. As a Pharmacy Logistics Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, transportation, and inventory management. The Pharmacy Logistics Supervisor is also responsible for the hiring, training, orientation, supervision, and evaluation of all pharmacy employees.

What you will do in this role:

  • Oversee all pharmacy supply chain functions.

  • Maintain operating expenses based on annual operating budget.

  • Meet or exceed warehouse Key Performance Indicators. Prepare Pharmacy Key Performance Indicator report.

  • Maintain effective communication with customers, co-workers, and other team members.

  • Supervise cycle counting process.

  • Ensure pharmacy operations meet all department mandated timeframes and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years warehouse operations management experience.

  • Experience in healthcare distribution or pharmacy a plus.

  • Experience utilizing WMS software a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Responsible for identifying and/or validating Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for all U.S. Export materials as requested or upon receipt at third-party logistics (3PL) provider via Noble Material Receipt Compliance Review Process Flow. * Responsible for coordinating and monitoring Noble Supply Chain Logistics Import Log Green Light Process including classification validation of materials prior to importation. * Communicate and work closely with vendors, Noble Packing, Logistics or Materials Supervisor or Manager, Noble Catalog Team, and third-party logistics providers to minimize dwell times while ensuring international trade compliance. * Assist with export control documentation as it relates to Purchaser and Supplier Certification requirements. * Populate and maintain Noble Export Compliance Classification Archive capturing HTSUS/Schedule B/ECCN/License/License exceptions, etc. for future catalog inclusion by Material Master number. * Demonstrate an understanding of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and U.K. Anti-Bribery Act (UKBA). * Demonstrate an understanding of Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Commerce Department and State Department regulations. * Other duties as assigned.
