Responsibilities include:

o Covering the front desk including managing the main telephone line, greeting clients and distributing deliveries

o Calendar management and meeting coordination

o Travel coordination and preparation of expense reports

o Generating/creating Excel spreadsheets and various deadline oriented reporting

o Developing purchase requisitions and assist with vendor management, budget tracking

o Developing and modifying PowerPoint presentations

o General clerical responsibilities, such as copying, filing, ordering supplies etc.

o Meeting preparation, including creating and binding presentation materials, ordering food, etc.

o Provide back up support coverage to the administrative team as needed

o Various office projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

  • Advanced ability in organization, time management and planning skills

  • Exhibits proficiency in duties and expanded knowledge and application software packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and excellent follow through skills

  • Adjust to changing priorities

  • Strong interpersonal and partnership skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast paced environment

  • Education requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
