The CS US Business Controller acts a recognized business partner on all levels, by managing and deploying cross sector, operational measures and budgeting processes in the USA.

Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Be a Business Partner to CS US Field Managers.

  • Running Monthly performance review process and budgeting processes.

  • Drive optimization and improvement of processes, standardization of reporting and insight-driven analyses within both the business control and financial control organization to satisfy the need for management information.

  • Responsible for the operation cost analysis information for management decision making to drive cost efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify (business) risks and opportunities and propose mitigation plans.

  • Enforce compliance with Code of Conduct, Business principles and Sox compliance.

  • Have ability to build strong and open working relationships characterized by mutual respect between managers, peers and subordinates within the organization.

  • Drive business/process improvements projects.

Education

Bachelor or Master degree with a concentration in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Professional Finance certification encouraged, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Extended working experience (> 8 years) in an international environment and preferably in a similar business environment.

  • MS office knowledge.

  • Budgeting, planning and analysis experience.

  • Preferred project lead experience in process improvement.

Job Mission As a CS EUV Upgrades Planner you are involved in the scheduling of upgrades at the local customer site. You are furthermore the main responsible person to secure the required resources for these complex commercial upgrades, interacting with world-wide counterparts at other customer sites and central locations. These upgrades are run 24/7 in a customer production environment with a team of approx. 15 to 50 engineers over a period of 5 to 52 weeks. Job Description The planner will collaborate with the local organization to optimize the maintenance and upgrade strategy for the local customer site. He or she collaborates with various stakeholders and interfaces to achieve an optimal upgrades schedule that can be supported by all relevant parties in terms of people, parts, tools, sequences and procedures, as well as available warehouse and cleanroom space. Your main tasks are: * Participate in the creation of an integrated plan for scheduled maintenance, repair actions, and commercial upgrades for the local customer site. * Plan, schedule, and arrange customer support and expert resources for the execution of repairs and upgrades on ASML machines at the customer site, in cooperation with the other global planning teams. * Monitor execution and timely determine impact on the integrated local plan.
