Key ResponsibilitiesProactively pull reports for Store Door deliveries as well as inland moves (RR/ CY) three times per day.

  • Identify work orders that are cut within timeline, delivery appointment date(s) / time(s) are confirmed.

  • Identify work orders that are cut within timeline, delivery appointment date(s) / time(s) are not confirmed.

  • Reach out to GSC Intermodal as first escalation for status/ resolution.

  • Identify work orders that are cut within timeline, delivery appointment date(s) / time(s) are confirmed but carrier / driver did not arrive as confirmed.

  • Reach out to GSC Intermodal as first escalation for status/ resolution.

  • Identify work orders that are not cut within timeline.

  • Reach out to GSC Intermodal as first escalation for status/ resolution.

  • Identify work orders that are cut within timeline, no delivery appointment date(s) / time(s) are confirmed due to lack of response from customer / facility.

  • Reach out to customer via telephone to push for appointment date(s)/ time(s).

  • Escalate to SeaPrime/ SeaCool Care representative if no success.

  • Delays due to vendor/ carrier are to be logged in Case Management, utilizing proper triaging options so that this is captured in weekly Issue Log to Intermodal team to review, provide root cause analysis.

  • Work with Case Management Core Expert to research, identify and execute process challenges and improvements. Share outcome with teams and facilitate knowledge on improved processes.

  • Ongoing review of current processes, weekly calls with Intermodal team & customer service managers to identify gaps and implement improvements.

  • Research and share best business practices successes with teams as means to educate and benefit the team.

  • Perform other position related duties as specified by management

Who we are looking for

High School diploma or GED

  • Basic to Intermediate level of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)

  • 5+ Years of customer service experience

  • 5+ Years of logistics experience, could be inland transportation, cargo coordination, foreign trade, maritime or any other related areas.

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • Organizational skills

  • Communication

  • Cool head for difficult situations

  • Issue Resolution

  • Proactive

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree

Overview We're looking for a Clinical Liaison to join our team. You will report directly to the AVP of Business Development.
