• Mining is accepting resumes for a full-time plant maintenance person who has also welding experience.. Must maintain reliable attendance and transportation; meet company safety and performance standards. The duties can change daily depending on the project and weather. Must lift to 100 lbs. Ability to adapt to different personalities/self-starter.

Annual Salary: $ 75,000 - $ 80,000

Possible Relocation Opportunity: Located either in Hebbronville/Freer Area or Dilley/Cotulla Area

Traveling between sites located in Dilley and Hebbronville, Texas

Hours : Night Shift : 55 - 60 hrs weekly

Plant Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring proper safety and compliances with MSHA safety regulations.

• Build and lead efficient maintenance teams.

• Conduct and enforce routine inspections and maintenance practices using the company maintenance program.

• Conduct crushing operations when necessary and provide production reports to improve operations.

• Maintain best practices for housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Leadership role with good team building, coaching and communication skills.

• Experienced welder with knowledge of crusher, screening, gearboxes and conveyor equipment.

• Changing liners Cone Crushers and VSI.

• KPI JCI 300 & 350 CONE or equivalent

• 4500 VSI CRUSHER or equivalent

• Changing bearings

• Tail pulleys

• Roller shafts

• Patching and replacing belts.

• Welding experience

• Liner swaps

• Chute patches

• Miscellaneous needs

• Changing screens

• Kpi jci 8203 screen

• Deister 4 deck screen Tower

• Sandvic track screen

• Kpi jci 205 track screen

• Crane certifications / 15 ton dresser crane

• Must maintain reliable attendance.

• Must meet company safety and performance standards.

• Must pass pre-employment physical & drug test.
