Job Description:

The Cross Product Policy Manager will be responsible for the following activities across the Fraud Product policy organization:

  • Opportunity Identification

  • Identifying and leading cross product opportunities to reduce fraud losses

  • Partnering closely with channel, servicing and claims organizations to identify and execute opportunities to reduce fraud losses

  • Strong financial skills, including P&L Management

  • Experience with design and implementation of new processes and/or products.

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Experience with collecting and evaluating competitive market trends, Voice of Customer and Voice of Associate

  • Ability to engage across lines of business and with senior level executives

  • Bachelors Degree required, MBA a plus

VIEW JOBS 3/19/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-17T00:00 Job Description: The Compliance Policy Implementation Manager contributes to leadership and direction regarding the implementation of the Global Compliance Enterprise Policy ("GC Policy") compliance management activities for compliance officers, while demonstrating influence and accountability for successful execution. This role may engage with Corporate Compliance policy and process owners to understand requirements and deadlines and provides feedback for process improvement. The Policy Implementation Manager assists in driving consistent execution of the GC Policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CCO/EAC coverage area(s) including implementing and executing appropriate quality assurance and management oversight, as required by the SOPs. The Compliance Policy Implementation Manager guides compliance officers through changes, supporting buy-in and removing obstacles to adoption. This role communicates the value of changes to GC Policy and related processes and acts as liaison to Corporate Compliance on behalf of the Front Line Unit ("FLU") and Control Function ("CF") Compliance teams. This role works independently or through a team to support and monitor compliance officers' adherence to the Global Compliance ("GC") Policy requirements. This role ensures that work is completed in alignment with set timelines. This role organizes the work. The Compliance Policy Implementation Manager may assist in compiling and reporting data from process outputs for the Chief Compliance Officer for the Front Line Unit or Control Function. This role provides additional training and communication regarding policy implementation to the compliance officer team as needed to ensure quality. The Compliance Policy Implementation Manager may provide leadership direction and attract, assess, develop, motivate and retain a successful team or work as an individual contributor. This role supports consistent quality of activities, processes and outputs through execution of review of practices across the team. Additional responsibilities include: * Support execution of the Compliance and Operational Risk program requirements, in support of the Global Wealth and Investment Management Compliance and Operational Risk Management team, including the coordination of the: 1.Compliance and Operational Risk assessments, 2.Risk Control Self-Assessment review and the Compliance and Operational Risk Point of View, and 3.
