As Manager of the Cross-Channel Campaign Management Tool, you will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation and execution of our Campaign Management Tool. You will be responsible for the strategic roadmap and vision of this technology working closely with Marketing Managers and the Product Owner. As the Cross-Channel Campaign Manager you will be heavily involved in the implementation of the tool and ultimately responsible for the successful adoption and execution of the tool. You will lead a team of power users responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns via the tool including audience selection, data segmentation and identifying optimization opportunities. Primary Responsibilities include:
Partnering with the Product Owner on the implementation and integration of the campaign management tool
Leading adoption and training of the campaign management tool
Possessing a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies to facilitate successful organizational transitions
Managing a team of power users responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives across various platforms, including email, SMS and mobile/online banking container spaces
Leveraging data to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve future campaigns
Ensuring campaigns comply with relevant regulations and policies governing marketing activities
Partnering with the Product Owner, ensure optimal performance, data integrity and system availability
Collaborating with marketing teams to develop, execute and optimize campaigns
Identifying opportunities with AI to drive improved marketing performance
Creating and maintaining documentation, including standard operating procedures and user guides
Qualifications:
Required skills/Experience:
Proven experience in marketing technology implementation, administration, and management
Understanding of marketing principles, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing strategies
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
Proven communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Experience with agile methodologies
Strong organizational and project management skills with acute attention to detail
Experience managing a team
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with agile methodologies
Education/Certificates:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing applications; integrating with multiple channels including EM, SMS and web
Experience working in JIRA & Confluence
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
