Champion and ensure new services and capabilities are delivered in line with ToM principles
Co-ordinate the changes with the application tech/BAs with clear view on timelines
Complete registration tasks with SWIFT for UAT and Production
Global Lead on new services
Vertical and global rollout of pilot and new services, such as gCASE, gFIT v2, PreValidations
Engagement with SWIFT and product on approach, planning and activation
Maintain all stakeholders updated on BOW status, changes, risk, issues and improvements to business
Quality assessment and conformance to SWIFT rules standards (not limited to gpi observer)
Defect management to have a centralized point of all defects and issues and ensure they are being managed by the individual applications to closure.
Drive the adoption index with client operations to ensure gpi capabilities are incorporated into the business
Responsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones and budget on one or more projects.
Assess creation of project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives and confirm project plans meet business needs as described in the project initiation documents.
Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand project schedule and key milestones..
Escalate project risks to the Project Director, or Project Sponsor, when appropriate.
Provides analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Directly affects the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
6-10 years relevant experience
Prior industry experience.
Fully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of a product or process; Basic understanding of the firm's different businesses and the related economics ; Individual is expected to be subject area expert in one (or more) specific skill sets
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
Knowledge on SWIFT protocols(Desirable)

Generate an opportunity matrix to track potential enhancements and solve OPS opportunities
Enhance Client Experience through technology implementations
Create a control environment in new platforms through a control culture based in digitalization and OPS excellence
Rollout of key programs as per projects timelines: CPI/GPI Program, ISO20022
Oversight of new transformation initiatives that may require deep engagement from OPS(Galileo & Voyager)
