Hospital is looking for FOUR full-time locum CRNA's to help fill their needs Details: Monday-Friday

• 7a-3p Need to fill 4 full time schedules, candidates with the most availability will be preferred No call / No weekends Hospital Based Average number of Surgical cases per day: 25 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases. Locums will work at satellite locations. It a team care model, we like to say 1:4 on doc supervision, but it s really 1:2, 1:3 majority of the time. 10 operating rooms. OR equipment description: GE Carestation 650s. EMR: EPIC FTE: 4 Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult). Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases. Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days SUBMISSION REQUIRED: NBCRNA Certified

• REQUIRED Active CO License

• REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION) Active BLS

• REQUIRED Must disclose the of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC

• REQUIRED Clean Malpractice/Background

• REQUIRED COVID VACCINATED
