As CRM and Lead Generation Specialist, youll join an established team working for a Fortune 500 company subsidiary (with over $35B market capitalization company-wide). In your role as head Sales Force administrator youll lead our ongoing development of Sales Force. This role is part technical project lead, part administrator and part Sales Force analyst. You will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. The successful candidate will have a record of success on improving processes and adoption using the lightning version of Sale Force and gain a broad understanding of Cornell Pump and its marketing needs. Someone who will be a go-to person for the users, and who has the curiosity and expertise to proactively assist users.

Our Sales Force instance has been up for about two years; we have good reporting and usage now, but we are still making our deployment better--youll get the opportunity to hone and refine it, as well as integrate to a new enterprise resource program. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the environment with 25 plus users
  • Handle all standard administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage data feeds and other integrations with outside lead management software
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new business development requests.
  • Work with our management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, sales, and marketing activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Oversee a related lead generation program utilizing several gateways to a sales funnel, feeding into the


erience Required:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Sales Force (or another CRM platform) administrator
  • Salesforce Admin certified
  • Experience with lead generation programs and marketing qualification of leads preferred
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • Experience with manufacturing processes preferred

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for creating quality leads, inside of Home Improvement or Wholesale stores, for our HVAC, Water Heater and Water Treatment departments. The goal of the Lead Generation Team is to engage customers, provide basic product information and schedule consultation. This individual will be an eager team player with exceptional communication skills. One would be able to understand different buying personas, position and communicate the value of Wolfer’s Home Services, and persuade new business prospects to learn more.</p><p>Work schedule:<br>Scheduling can be flexible! Business hours are Monday through Sunday based on the needs of our locations. Most shifts range between 4 to 5.5 hours with total weekly hours ranging between 25 to 29 hours per week.
