Duties & Responsibilities
The CRM Specialist is a key member of the marketing team who will be integral to the implementation of new programs and campaigns oriented towards the overall goal of increasing customer retention for the Pep Boys business. Responsible for the execution of direct mail, email, and SMS campaigns, essential tasks include:
Project managing the development of assets including writing creative briefs and resolving feedback.
Coding campaign audience files leveraging segmentation models, geographic information, and transaction data.
Providing quality control for email, direct mail, and SMS channels; deploying email campaigns through agency platform.
Compiling and analyzing metrics on campaign performance, providing learnings to Senior Manager, CRM Marketing.
Additional responsibilities include:
Daily communication with agency partners on cross-functional projects.
Coordinating marketing support for Pep Boys credit card program.
Processing invoices and maintenance of PO database.
Ad-hoc duties as required.

Experience and Credentials
Bachelor's degree in marketing.
1-2 years of experience in marketing.
Background in HTML/CSS preferred.
Background in database programming languages such as SQL
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
