CRM & Sales Process AdministratorJob Description Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new CRM system (), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and GSBS teams to align processes with business goals and configure accordingly. Regularly review and refine sales methodologies and practices to align with industry standards and best practices. Work hand-in-hand with the Sales Operations team and sales leadership to drive processes, standards, trainings, and reinforcement.

Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards from multiple data sources to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators and utilize insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance sales productivity and efficiency through technology solutions and continually seek ways to further increase adoption and enhance the end-user experience. Coordinate work with Project Managers and other Administrators globally for new releases and features, etc.

Provide ongoing support to users, addressing CRM-related inquiries and challenges. Lead special sales projects as needed. Location: Dallas-Fort WorthRemote/Office Location/Hybrid:

HybridEmployment Type: Permanent About the role Supporting the delivery of the overall Customer Omnichannel Engagement Program (COEP), the position’s responsibilities include ongoing maintenance, adoption, and optimization efforts for existing and future sales tools (including CRM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of , excellent analytical skills, and a passion for streamlining sales operations. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or other technical discipline Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a administrator of Salesforce Sales Cloud in a global environment with regional differences with a sales-focused background, preferably in a sales support/enablement capacity.

Direct experience with new implementations, including data and system migrations. Experience in sales enablement role with an emphasis on process improvement and best practices, including strategic account planning. Expertise and demonstrated experience developing reports and summarizing data with PowerBI (or similar tool). Experience with integrating multiple technologies with to ensure an efficient tech stack.

Experience building and maintaining data integrations to Past work experience with Salesforce FLOW. Current Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). Experience with CPQ tools. Familiarity with content management tools such as Showpad, Seismic, etc.

Adobe Commerce experience a plus. You’ll have analytical skills to help derive and act on insights from and other data.

You’ll also have a customer-centric mindset and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by different types of salespeople, as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate successfully with IT, sales teams, executive management, and other global stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
