Velosio is recruiting a highly motivated Project Manager to join our award-winning firm. Our Project Managers possess demonstrated ability to scope project phases, and excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, and self-motivation to successfully lead designated Microsoft Dynamics CRM related projects to conclusion in mid-market sized businesses with a high level of client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to client and practice leader for successful project delivery and execution

  • Lead projects to successful conclusion, including but not limited to providing defined scope, completed on schedule and completed within budget

  • Creating and maintaining a detailed project work plan

  • Identifying project risks and creating a contingency plan

  • Forecasting and adjusting the anticipated project schedule and resource requirements.

  • Managing project budget and change order process

  • Providing project status updates to project owners

  • Perform mentoring and/or coaching to team members and share knowledge amongst all team members

  • Document services rendered using Velosio time and expense billing system and other project management templates

  • Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours and realization rates)

  • Use internal systems and processes to maintain client relations and business operations

  • Attain certifications as necessary

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leader

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience managing mid-market sized scale CRM implementation projects, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Good understanding of all major activities for a business system implementation including analysis, design, development and deployment

  • Demonstrated ability to plan project phases

  • Skilled in executing several concurrent assignments

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong drive to deliver results

  • Demonstrated technical leadership, team management, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, logistics management, computer science or information systems or equivalent

  • Possesses a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-person

  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, and other tools that support project management

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus

  • This position can work remotely; travel will be required up to 40%

The Service Project Manager will coordinate technical activities on assigned projects with the goal of obtaining premier customer satisfaction. Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates details to ensure project is completed as sold for projects that range from $50K - $2M. Responsible and accountable for communication, coordination and completion of project within specific timeline and budget. Key responsibilities of the role include: * Project Management * Analysis of competitive products and selling techniques * Responsible for meeting project timelines, on-time ship dates, and project costs * Serve as a liaison between the customer, sales team, and operations functions * Troubleshoot customer requests and changes to initial project scope of work * Responsible for process of job costing and facilitating invoicing process with coordinators * Verifies prices and provides product descriptions based on available data, using company pricing lists and related information * Manage the after the sales process for shipping, customer and warranty issues * Vendor relationships, Customer Satisfaction * Reviews contracts and manages sub-contractors on each project * Order equipment for each phase of the sold project * Process and execute orders for standard products and/or products requiring modifications not covered by published pricing * Assist with Sales proposals & Estimates if requested * Assist in estimating design build work for turnkey and retrofit projects -- chillers, rooftop units etc. * Work with assigned SSRs to develop project scopes and quote change orders to existing projects Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of direct experience required * 2+ years of experience in a project manager, project engineer, foreman or similar role * HVAC industry experience required * Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) * Basic understanding of Profit & Loss Statements or similar financial knowledge * Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Demonstrated example of taking initiative with a solid work ethic Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience as a Project Manager for a small to mid-size mechanical contracting firm * Knowledge of mechanical codes strongly preferred * Exceptional communication skills, well developed listening skills, and ability to interpret business and/or client needs Equal Opportunity Employment: It is the policy of Daikin Applied to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, religion, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, genetic information, marital status, membership or activity in a local commission, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
