The CRM Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting North America CRM strategy development, execution, and reporting for specified owned brands - Fossil (US, Canada), Watch Station (US, Canada), Skagen (US), and Michele (US).
Primary Responsibilities:
Project manage e-mail marketing programs using the CRM Email Briefs and Workfront management tool and maintain the e-mail SmartSheet marketing calendar
Proactively monitor all required assets needed by developers to build all upcoming email campaigns have been delivered in a timely manner and provide alert for any campaigns at risk
Oversee QA process for email campaigns to ensure content is accurate, links are functional, and maintain accessibility standards.
Open up workfront jobs and provide task due dates for cross functional teams
Partner with HTML email coding partner to execute email builds (timeline, coding guidance, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) content builder, pre-deployment QA testing, etc.)
Support development and execution of CRM tests to drive performance optimization
Build weekly dynamic content and any new personalization opportunities
Pull weekly, monthly and quarterly performance analytics & insights, share key learnings with CRM team
Analytics resources include: Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams, vendors/partners, and cross-functional departments
Provide additional reporting/admin task support to the team to meet deadlines and targets
Execute A/B testing plans with guidance from CRM team
Maintain email calendars are up-to-date with any promotional updates and provide solutions for sudden changes to promotional calendar
Maintain and pull new audience segments for upcoming tests
Support and work closely with Email Specialist on any upcoming tests and/or enhancements
