BA/BS Degree; concentration in Business or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years' experience working with Salesforce.com
A minimum of 3 years' experience partnering with leadership to set strategic direction
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization. Strong relationship building, and organization skills
Strong communication skills - proven experience communicating complex objectives across a variety of stakeholders
Ability to prioritize projects and tasks based on importance, impact, and urgency
Self-starter, with attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
Strong time management skills - able to set and maintain timelines & deadlines, and deliver multiple projects, of long and short duration, concurrently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Experince in sales, marketing, or operations.
Intermediate or advanced skills in all MS Office Suite products

What You'll Do
The CRM & Digital Operations Manager is at the nexus of our sales organization's productivity, growth and digital initiatives. As part of the North American GTS Sales team that is responsible for $7B in sales, you will drive the strategic roadmap for Salesforce.com and other digital platforms as it relates to sales enablement. This role will be responsible for managing the CRM roadmap for Salesforce.com, along with the administration of the platform. You will manage and collaborate with IT counterparts to enhance and innovate our platforms. You should have experience managing a team of analysts that are the business facing team for Salesforce.com. Specifically, you'll:
Core responsibility is to support CRM & other digital platforms for the GTS North American Sales team, while working cross-functionality with marketing, sales, operations & IT.
Drive strategy & process improvements. Work one-on-one with the sales leaders to enhance the Salesforce.com system & increase adoption.
Define project scope and generate requirements; Lead in the planning and management of SFDC and other digital projects across all of GTS North American Sales.
Use data and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and product strategies within the Salesforce environment.
Manage and collabortate with a team of business analysts.
Develop a training and change mangement strategy across stakeholders for each sales channel.
Propose creative solutions that optimize internal and external resources and operational efficiencies.
Prioritize and structure workflow for short and long-term needs and execute against these goals.
