Job Summary
The School of Law at the University of Colorado Boulder encourages applications for a CRM Data Analyst position! This role will help to advance, support, and maintain Colorado Law's Salesforce-based constituent relationship management system. The CRM systems encompass student, alumni, employee, and collaborator lifecycle management, relationship management, and data management, along with ancillary applications for mass mailing and event management. This position also manages the system of record for several external applications and services and ensures system availability, maintains data integrity, supports systems users, performs reporting and data analysis, and is responsible for CRM administration and maintenance. The CRM Data Analyst collaborates closely across multiple groups within the Law School to adapt the CRM to evolving requests, address issues, and fulfill business needs.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Application Support:
Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Salesforce, Pardot, Linvio, and Authorize.net applications to Law School partners, advancing issues to Law IT developers and/or Salesforce/Linvio support services when necessary.
Deliver comprehensive support, including user training, documentation, problem solving, and process improvement for Salesforce and other support systems.
Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce system administration, processes, and procedures for IT department.
Configure changes such as flows, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, custom designs, sandbox setup/refresh, dashboards, and reports.
Application Administration:
Maintain and administer Salesforce, Pardot, Linvio, and authorize.net systems, ensuring they are patched, updated, and operating correctly.
Manage workflows, automated processes, and notifications to optimize system efficiency.
Perform identity and access management to enforce security protocols, control data access and adjust user roles as necessary.
Complete bulk data imports (e.g., new student data) while ensuring data integrity.
Collaborate with partners to design and implement changes and updates.
Supervise de-duplication, data cleansing, and bounce-management efforts by Law IT student employees.
Manage daily administration of user and license management, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, role assignment, and permissions.
Know the latest on new Salesforce functionality and features, making process improvement recommendations.
Manage annual PCI compliance process for Authorize.net account: attend annual PCI training, develop procedures to maintain PCI security standards, complete Self-Assessment Questionnaire, and maintain associated Authorize.net policy.
Data Reporting & Metrics:
Deliver training, support, preparation, processing, and analysis of reports, metrics, and other data to collaborators, aiding law school leadership in their business decisions.
Identify data collection methods that will improve data integrity, consistency, and reporting.
Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing necessary procedures and automation.
Meet with users and identify business requirements, documenting standard processes and recommending outreach approaches, with a focus on optimal user experience.
What You Should Know
The standard schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, working normal business hours. This position is assigned a hybrid work modality, working both remotely and on the CU Boulder campus each week.

What We Can Offer
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $78,000 annually.

What We Require
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
One year of application support, administration, and data/metrics experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

What We Would Like You to Have
Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce and experience with prospect management and payment processing platforms
Experience with data analysis and manipulation.
IT experience in a higher education setting.
