As a subject matter expert (SME) of IQVIA CRM solutions (Both Nexxus Mobile Intelligence and OCE Sales), you are responsible to do the technical implementation of new CRM clients. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing change requests and advising on how we can use the CRM to better serve the client business, legal/compliance and process requirements.
Participate in discussions with either clients or CRM business lead in order to capture and propose best practice implementation of different business requirements.
Break down requirements into tasks and provide effort estimates to Technology Services Project Management Office (PMO) for project planning.
Adhere to PMO processes in order to ensure project risk mitigation and resource planning.
Using the OCE SFDC or Nexxus MI advanced configuration capabilities to implement the client requirements.
Document the configuration profile of each client.
Work closely with the Technology Service Consultants (TSC) in order to respond to questions/queries or provide client support.
If needed, escalate issues to global teams TSCs informed of the case's progress.
As OCE Sales / Nexxus MI SME, work with the local development team in order to recommend how to best integrate external solutions into the platform.
Keep up to date with changes to the OCE Sales / MI platform and work with the CSTs to ensure clients are aware of changes and any risks to their functionality is mitigated.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5 years of related work experience.
Good knowledge of the concepts and best practices of CRM solutions.
Soft Skills Requirements
Ability to learn new applications quickly and learn on the fly.
Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral).
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical skills.
Excellent English communication, French communication is an asset as well.
Dedicated and enjoys working in a team.
Broad knowledge of IQVIA products or the Pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working/supporting CRM solutions (Veeva, SFDC, etc)
