The CRM Administrator/Product Manager will be responsible for leading CRM initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities will include managing both technical and functional activities and implementing best practices to support B2B business growth strategies. The CRM Admin./Product Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related support issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Architect CRM solutions to support B2B business growth strategies
Coordinate and manage the implementation of Lightning Sales Cloud and Pardot
Gather requirements for all CRM-related initiatives from stakeholders
Assess the impact of new CRM requirements on Salesforce applications, as well as all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Perform functional analysis and design activities for CRM solutions
Perform functional testing for configuration changes, modifications, and reports/dashboards
Assist subject matter experts with user acceptance testing activities
Responsible for identity and security management including setting up user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
Customize reports, dashboards, and workflows
Train end-users on Salesforce and Pardot applications
Manage and retire Zoho CRM
Implement and manage integrations with MS Dynamics NAV and Magento
Coordinate with contractors and consultants, as needed
Troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate support requests, as needed
Expert experience with Lightning Sales Cloud
Experience with Salesforce Engage and Pardot
Experience with CRM integrations
Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field
Exceptional communication skills
Salesforce Certified Administrator credential preferred
Experience with integration connectors, such as RapidiOnline and PowerSync preferred
Knowledge of Zoho CRM preferred
Experience with MS Dynamics NAV preferred
Experience with Magento or e-commerce sites, B2C or B2B preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
