We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management Administrator to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN! If you possess a "whatever it takes attitude" keep reading.

It's hard to pinpoint a "typical" day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but in summary, you'll analyze, develop, program, and implement customer relationship management (CRM) software platforms and products. You'll also design and configure new modules to improve system efficiency, reporting, accountability, and analytics. Additionally, you'll ensure existing and new software applications can be integrated into the CRM software solutions.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Analyzes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data in response to channel marketing initiatives.

  • Studies marketing data such as customer information, call patterns, and demographics.

  • Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

  • Confers with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

  • Stores, retrieves, and manipulates data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

  • Designs, develops and modifies software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

  • May require other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience with customer relationship management platforms, preferably Salesforce and Dynamics.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of CRM architecture and application

  • Significant skill in designing and implementing CRM platforms at an enterprise level in a B2B and a B2C environment

  • Knowledge of reporting and analytics principles
