Responsibilities

The Crisis Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall coordination of care for Behavioral Health patients from the Emergency Department to their final disposition at the appropriate level of care. The Crisis Supervisor will oversee the delivery of optimal, safe, quality care and regulatory compliance while providing leadership to staff as an effective resource, role model, mentor, and change agent.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in psychology or human service related field
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), Registered Nurse, or Mental Health Screener
• 2+ years of experience working in crisis setting

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge/experience related to triage, assessment, planning, and coordination of care processes for voluntary and involuntary behavioral health patients in NJ
