This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides primary, behavioral, and dental healthcare to the residents of Rhode Island.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience
• Language Differential – 5% Additional Salary
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.625 / Mile
• Medical Insurance (Starting at $64.69 for Employee / $312.25 for Family per Pay Period)
• Dental Insurance ($0 for Employee / $36.81 for Family per Pay Period)
• Vision Insurance ($3.50 for Employee / $9.21 for Family per Pay Period)
• Eligible for Student Loan Repayment – Up to $50,000

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Group, Individual, and Family Therapy
• Crisis Response Services in Office and Community
• Emergency Intervention Services / Brief Treatment Clinician
• Stabilization, Counseling, and Assessment for Hospitalization
• Triage Crisis Calls from Individuals, Families, and Organizations

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Current And Active License in Rhode Island Required
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Valid Driver’s License / Automobile Insurance
• 2 to 5 Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience in Crisis Intervention Required
