Your Role:

The Crisis Management Lead contributes to the overall quality of business resilience across the Bank by proactively collaborating with business partners to prepare for, manage through, and recover from disruptions that impact the Bank. In this role, you will collaborate with partners at various levels throughout the Bank to enhance recovery and resilience strategies and prepare for and respond to expected and unexpected disruptions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Garner and apply a deep understanding of the Bank's processes and functions and how they support employees and customers

  • Monitor for potential disruptions and escalate to management when appropriate

  • Lead teams, with participants at various levels of the organization, in response to disruptions

  • Log events managed with accuracy

  • Respond timely to all inquiries and/or notifications of disruptions when on call

  • Complete all deliverables for employee instruction and/or awareness in accordance with the communication plan/schedule

  • Execute all assigned exercises in accordance with testing strategy

  • Respond to disruptions on evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

  • Communicate clear and accurate details on status and instructions to employees during disruptions

  • Follow established response processes and procedures, with the ability to identify anomalies and escalate when the need to deviate arises

  • Communicate and work effectively with all levels of management

  • Demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills to identify enhancements to the crisis management program, processes, and procedures

  • Assist in the development of tests and exercises, and execute those assigned

  • Lead After Action Review discussions with response teams and stakeholders

  • Identify and document action items resulting from tests and live events

  • Participate, as required, in Business Resilience program exercises and/or testing including on evenings and weekends

  • Display autonomy and ability to manage competing priorities, escalating when necessary

  • Complete established objectives and timeline commitments

  • Display enthusiasm for continuous learning and opportunities to take on special projects

  • Adapt to change and investigate emerging trends; recommend related enhancements for the program and/or related strategies

  • Enthusiastically embrace, support, and model the bank's values and mission

  • Display positive attitude, professionalism, trustworthiness, availability, work ethic, and collaborative spirit

VIEW JOBS 1/6/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-04-06T00:00 Position Summary The Talent Services Contingent Workforce Management team centralizes the management of external contractors and vendors to avoid risk, reduce spend, improve efficiency and enhance the quality of vendor relationships and their respective products and/or services. Under the direction of the TS Contingent Workforce Management Manager, this Specialist role will manage day-to-day contractor and vendor requests. This role will serve as the point person for stakeholders for third party, and agency inquiries, tracking and fulfilling of requests using Fieldglass. The Specialist will also connect and develop relationships with colleagues in Procurement, Office of General Council (OGC), Risk, Talent and Finance. Work you'll do * Independently manage contractor requests and inquiries, performing the tasks associated with the selection, procurement, on-boarding, maintenance and offboarding of contractors using the Fieldglass system * As an advocate to our business, work directly with Strategic Procurement Services, OGC, National Office of Independence and Risk on an as needed basis to secure third party, staff augmentation contracts and ensure all compliance activities are executed and tracked * Assist with the fulfillment for 3rd party contractors leveraging our preferred vendor program and Fieldglass * Review all intake requests in queue and actively address requests with the stakeholder groups. * Provide supplemental review screening for DOT community as needed * Facilitate selection of third-party candidates with FSS leads * Contract selected candidates (e.g., CSA, MSA, SOW, Amendment) * Lead the effort to process the necessary on-boarding/offboarding tasks to ensure a seamless integration of contractors by collaborating with other groups * Collaborate with India on onboarding, offboarding, invoice processing and maintenance * Manage the storage of program documentation and updating necessary tasks in Fieldglass * Effectively communicate on opportunities with the talent services Contingent Workforce Management Manager and DOT Relationship Managers * Leverage the talent services CWM SOPs and workflow within Fieldglass and Avature * Support Contingent Workforce Management Manager regarding vendor relations and correspondence * Independently manage day to day workload, documenting productivity metrics on a period basis The Team The mission of talent services improves efficiencies and operational excellence, deliver strategic and transactional services, institutionalize operations efficiencies and quality and enhance ability to scale and reduce cost structure. Talent services focuses on delivery of both strategic and transactional services, either directly for the businesses or in support of the Business Advisors and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
