We are a community-based nonprofit organization that is currently seeking a dynamic, professional for our Fulltime Trainer, Crisis Services.
SCHEDULE/ LOCATION /SALARY:
$47, 000-$54,000 a year

This is not a shift work role. Training occurs and cohorts and depending on the recruitment needs, trainings may be held for 3-6 hour sessions during the day (never before 9AM) or in the afternoon (1PM), or evening (6PM). Some cohorts are focused on weekdays and others are include weekends Due to the nature of a 24/7 crisis center, our recruits may only be available to train during the shift they are hired for.
SUMMARY STATEMENT OF POSITION:
Under the direction of the Training and Support Manager and Assistant Director, Trainers ensure that.
volunteers and employees are prepared to provide excellent care and support to contacts utilizing
HopeLink Crisis Services. Crisis Services Trainers facilitate skill and competency development of trainees by
leading and assisting in classroom sessions, conducting one-on-one training sessions, and performing
other tasks as assigned by the Training and Support Manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
the facilitation of a myriad of trainings.
up-to-date and aligned with current guidance from Vibrant, SAMHSA and DBHDS.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior Crisis Work experience REQUIRED.
Experience training small and large groups in a professional setting on skills and knowledge
specific to mental health and/or suicide prevention REQUIRED.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and familiarity with computer use REQUIRED.
Experience providing corrective and coaching feedback REQUIRED.
Creative problem-solver with a high degree of integrity and personal accountability REQUIRED.
Ability to work individually and within a team environment and adjust to changes in workflow daily REQUIRED.
WORK SITE:
This is a full-remote position operating out of select pre-approved states. Trainers are expected to
perform their job duties from a work-appropriate pre-approved location as outlined in their offer letter
and onboarding paperwork.
Availability to work some weekend and evening hours is required. Work hours are flexible to meet the
needs of the HopeLink training program and will be coordinated with the Training and Support Manager and
Assistant Director. Any hours not spent training or supporting the training program will be utilized for
crisis service coverage. Individual schedules will be outlined in each trainer's respective offer letter.
