About this role: Administrative Support Associate helps to support our mission and teams so we can work in the most efficient and effective way for our clients. You will work out of out of our Madison clinic. Our Administrative Support Associate's will provide a range of administrative support in a clinic setting while providing a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. This position is located within our Madison Clinic. Hours for this position vary; shifts rotate monthly. Monday through Friday 8-5 to 9-6 and the second shift would be 1-10pm Thursday - Monday.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Must possess exemplary customer service skills, as this staff member will be the first significant point of contact for clients. They must be hospitable, welcoming, inclusive, professional, and capable of answering questions while gently guiding clients through the initial stages of becoming a client.

  • Provide quality customer services to visitors and clients as they arrive at agency locations for appointments, greeting clients and visitors and responding to inquiries as needed and following agency protocols and policies.

  • Provide accurate and organized record keeping in multiple EMR, filing and software systems by registering/updating all client information.

  • Verify insurance, print schedules, verify client balances, check for alerts and notes.

  • Maintain the collection and processing of client payments by recording daily deposits, making bank deposits, posting to EMR.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or relevant experience

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, and travel to other locations for relief
