Crew Team Member wages start at $12.00/hour for ages 16+ and $11.00/hour for ages 14-15.

As a Crew Team Member, you may be responsible for:

• Welcome all customers with a smile and ensure their needs are met while they are dining with us

• Elevate the guest experience to increase brand loyalty and bring guests back again!

• Taking accurate food orders or help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals

• Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food

• Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift

• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

• Ensuring items are well stocked

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which include, but is not limited to, standing for the duration of your shift.
