As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving our delicious coffee and baked goods while ensuring operational excellence and maintaining a friendly atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. Responsibilities:

• Work well and interact with team members respectfully

• Respond positively to coaching and feedback

• Communicate effectively with colleagues

• Provide great guest service and resolve any issues

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems diligently

• Maintain a clean and neat work environment

• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives

• Handle POS transactions and payments accurately

• Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English

• Basic computer skills

• Capable of counting money and making change

• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
