14yr old's - $11 +

15yr old's - $12 +

16 & 17 yr old's - $13 +

Pay is subject to change based on Availability, Reliability and Performance

Flexible Hours- We understand you have commitments to your family, friends, school, church or other work. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.

Closed Holidays- Closed Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Work directly with a culver's owner- We are family owned; The owner is responsible for the restaurant's day to day operations. You will work alongside of the owner learning new skills in work and outside of work.

Competitive pay- Pay is dependent on previous work experience. We hold Quarterly reviews that incentivize : Quality of work, Availability and Reliability.

Our Current pay chart has normal Team members capped at $14.50/hr. Our Crew leader positions are currently capped at $16/hr for minors.

Room to grow- We have room to grow your skills, from a normal crew member to a potential future owner operator!

No experience is necessary- We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Physical requirements- Stand & Walk constantly, Lift/Carry 10# to 50# occasionally.
