What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team to complete exterior cleaning services for residential properties.
• Provide a 5-star experience for all customers, performing window washing, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing using the latest equipment and technology.
• Demonstrate safety and efficiency while navigating extension ladders up to 40’.
• Coach teammates to ensure all services are completed professionally and on time, leaving customers satisfied.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of leadership experience in general labor, maintenance, home detailing, landscaping, or a related field.
• Valid standard driver’s license.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Willingness to lead a team and advance within Shack Shine.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfort with heights and working on ladders.
