Responsible for leading the branch in achieving branch specific goals and Credit Union objectives by providing an exceptional coaching and supervisory environment for staff to grow and develop. Continue to ensure that the branch and staff achieve the mission of the Credit Union to serve its membership by delivering exceptional products and services.
Responsible for leading the branch in achieving branch specific goals and Credit Union objectives.
Provide an exceptional coaching and supervisory environment for staff to grow and develop.
Provide exceptional members service, lending (application, interview, approval, collections, etc).
Cross selling various products and services.
Maintain the Branch to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and internal policies.
Maintain a strong relationship with sponsor company.
Perform various operational duties to support member services staff.
Participate in annual planning and goal setting of the Credit Union.
Perform other duties as needed to complete the mission of the Credit Union.
High school graduate or GED required.
Associates and/or Bachelors degree in business or a relative field is strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial service industry including a thorough knowledge of customer (member) services, lending, collections, and related federal and state regulations is required. Previous supervisory or related experience managing staff.
Ability to respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail, goal oriented.
Proficiency in computer skills.
