Manage the new Risk Rating and Financial Statement Spreading platform to include governance, report building, procedures and training. Assist with the management of problem loan risk processes. Assist with other Credit Administration duties.
1.System Administrator for Risk Rating and Financial Statement Spreading platform:
a. Assist with project to implement new platform
i. Become proficient on platform functionality
ii. Assist with platform configuration
iii. Develop procedures document, governance and control processes
iv. Develop training materials
b. Assist with the validation/testing process for any significant changes to the scorecards
c. Assist with back testing requirements
d. Manage the risk rating scorecard system updates or revisions
e. Work with credit analysts and underwriters to ensure adherence to scorecard guidance
f. Provide help content for scorecard preparation and training, as necessary
2.Financial Statement Spreading platform:
a. Manage project to implement new platform
i. Assist with the development of process and spreading standards
ii. Assist with training
3.Review and process monthly requests for charge offs, risk rating and accrual changes. Manage the monthly non-accrual process. Responsible for developing processes to enhance data integrity of risk rating and accrual processes. Responsible for policy review and enhancements related to Credit Risk processes. Manage employee that assists with these risk processes.
4.Prepare and/or evaluate loans for impairment according to accounting guidance. Prepare or review documentation that supports conclusions and documents reserve requirements.
5.Prepare and/or report and evaluate loans to determine Troubled Debt status. Prepare or review documentation to support conclusions and document reserve requirements when necessary.
6.Assist with quarterly risk review process.
7.Assist Credit Administration Manager as needed.
4-Year College Degree in Business Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting required. MBA preferred
3 to 5 years' experience as Commercial Credit Analyst, in Credit Review, as a Relationship Manager or other Credit related areas
Strong Microsoft Access and Excel skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment
Works quickly and efficiently in a time-sensitive atmosphere
