Vectra Bank Colorado is growing and is looking to expand their Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Banking team. We are excited to offer an opportunity as a Credit Lending Portfolio Manager to an experienced candidate.

What are we looking for?

Vectra Bank Colorado is seeking a proven, highly motivated individual for our Corporate Real Estate Banking team.

This position is responsible for:

  • Responsible for the monitoring Real Estate relationships for credit quality, management and servicing within specialized portfolios of Vectra Bank Colorado

  • Completes concentration analysis on a regular basis to assure bank's portfolio complies with regulatory guidelines and loan policies

  • Handle specialized monitoring and reporting on loans, involving such things as past dues, documentation and collateral exceptions, Risk Grade Certification, financial performance updates, portfolio profitability, problem loan reports, Loan Status Reports, SOX requirements, etc

  • Participates in line credit meetings providing advice and guidance with respect to grades, portfolio monitoring and risk mitigation

  • Assists with maintenance of homebuilder borrowing base facilities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with relationship managers, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction

  • Works with all levels of employees within the organization with respect to credit and portfolio matters

  • Other duties as assigned

In this role, you will report to the Head of Global Strategic Sourcing and Corporate Real Estateand serve as a key leader to strategically evaluate the Western Union real estateportfolio, while rapidly maturing operational leadership, and strategy execution. Weare looking for a transformational leader with broad category expertise, strongstrategic sourcing analytics and category management, process design andmanagement, combined with superior communication and influencing skills torapidly evolve WU's corporate real estate capabilities and day-to-day execution. This change-agent will lead a team of 4 senior managers andapproximately 20 professionals whose role is to develop and direct all aspectsof real estate portfolio management and operational effectiveness. Key focus will be onidentifying ongoing opportunities to improve processes, portfolio costs andfacility operating models within the ~1.4M square feet and ~$40M annual globalreal estate budget, considering evolving business demands, changing marketconditions and a geographically diverse and shifting employee base. This role works closely with the Director ofIntake, Planning, and Analysis in coordinating the overall strategy for theorganization. Soundinteresting? Here are some specifics: * Strategically lead allfacets of global Corporate Real Estate including portfolio management, capacityplanning, transaction activity, and facilities management, as well asensuring the safety and effective usage of a global portfolio * Drive ongoingassessment of WU's real estate portfolio to align to the facilities operatingmodel, adhere to evolving strategic priorities, capacity challenges, marketconditions, and a shifting employee base * Understand strategic initiatives and collaborate with keybusiness, legal, finance and GSP leaders to assess real estate needs anddevelop strategies to support business objectives * Develop strong and ongoing analytic capabilities to embedfoundational fact-bases (internal and external data, benchmarks, industrytrends) that support near and long-term category strategies and outcomes withspecific goals, deliverables and metrics * Collaborate with senior business and finance leaders to establishstrong working relationships * Develop and deliver impactful presentations to convey facts,articulate strategies and build alignment for advancement Whatyou will need to succeed: * Proven experience incomplex, global industries with a strong customer centric focus * History of managinglarge-scale projects * Experience managingglobal teams * Demonstrated leading a projectmanagement/team leadership.
