Responsibilities

  • Set up New Customers in accordance with company policy.

  • Determine customer credit limits and manage risk using financial data, credit services, industry knowledge and peer connections.

  • Meet with customers in person when necessary.

  • Manage order flow.

  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices.

  • Collect on cash in advance orders and past due accounts.

  • Reconcile and escheat accounts as needed.

  • Respond to customer, sales team, warehouse and order management inquiries.

  • Respond to reporting and audit requests

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in wholesale credit and collections

  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus

  • Apparel and retail experience a plus

Responsibilities: The Recovery Analyst is responsible for reviewing patient accounts at a large hospital in an effort to reimburse payers on overpaid claims and to reduce the overall credit balances.
