We are looking for a Credit & Collection Manager to lead our Americas collection team.

Key Responsibilities

In this position you will lead a team of 5 specialists and collect billions of dollars from a varied array of customers with a high number of transactions. You will monitor financial strength of our distributors to ensure timely collection of ARs. You will also prepare reports to senior management and will communicate effectively with internal and external functions, while maintaining high performance and level of services.

  • Monitor, evaluate and analyze Financial Statements of existing/new distributors. Conduct credit analysis to support accurate and appropriate credit lines.

  • Communicate efficiently with both customers and colleagues on collection issues, and support the sales team by managing credit exposures

  • Formulate an effective credit and collections policy

  • Monitor accounts balances, billing status and credit limits of our distributors, and resolve billing and customer credit issues

  • Manage SOX controls; maintain and provide audit documentation related to collections

  • Provide period reports on collection status/forecast to senior management

  • Enhance current collection processes; research and implement new systems and technologies to support the team

  • Cooperate with the Information System team as well as the Order Management group

Qualifications

  • Hybrid: San Carlos, CA

  • 4+ years of collection/ Accounts Receivable work experience (with a global company)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of English

  • Superior analytical skills

  • High level of customer service orientation

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills

  • Can do approach - Problem solver and execution driver and team motivator

  • Responsible, organized and detailed oriented

  • Experience with systems implementations

  • Knowledge and experience with ERP and CRM systems and platforms (Ex: SAP, Salesforce)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $99,000-$120,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
