This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will focus on ensuring our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Obtaining guest's bank and financial information to establish credit and accurately post the information to the computer.

• Safeguarding company assets.

• Responsible for the safekeeping of the accounts receivables and returned checks while posting payments from guests.

• Accurately gather and post credit information to guest's accounts in the com

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with :

• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming registration (must be 21 years of age)

• Strong Excel and Word computer experience.

• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, Team Members and Management.

• Basic typing and bookkeeping skills and familiarity with common office equipment.
