3.Responsibly measure and report the impact of sales efforts in routine meetings.
4.Maintain an ongoing relationship with Rewards Center Managers and Supervisors
1.Minimum of two (2) years in sales, customer service, or promotions experience.
2.High School Diploma Preferred .
3.Must be able to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
4.Outgoing, motivated, and can work independently. Exceptional leadership, customer service, analytic, forward-thinking, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and motivational skills required.
5.Ability to communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
6.Knowledge of mobile and tablet devices
7.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
8.Ability to apply sound reason and judgment to a variety of situations; as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment on an independent basis with minimal supervision.
