Processes Finance related responsibilities: Lockbox, Payments, Fee/Payment reversals and research, credit balance. Processes Admin related responsibilities: Boarding Consumer/Commercial applications, credit card maintenance, Fastrack related requests, Colleague Commercial Card portfolio. Access credit card software to perform following the functions, data entry, document verification and client service. Fast paced and deadline driven environment. Requires attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, with the sense of urgency in daily processing while maintaining excellent client service. Learns and keeps current on VISA rules and regulations. Responsible for maintaining operational integrity of credit cards through adherence to Bank and department policies and procedures.
*Minimum 1 years of banking/financial services experience.
*Minimum 1 years of credit card experience.
*High school diploma or GED.
Handles payment processing from lockbox, ASAP to wires, etc.
Board consumer/commercial card applications.
Admin/Client Service/Finance credit card maintenance.
General client service such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Data and/or document verification.
Preparation of monthly tracking reports.
Complies fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements.
Completes all required training.
