Join us, and you'll have a critical role in continuing Apple's legacy of efficiency and success.We are seeking a strong individual contributor to lead the day-to day execution of Credit Card Disputes and One Time Customer Account activities within the Americas Order to Cash department. In this position, you will provide guidance, direction and leadership to a group of Specialists and analysts to process day-to-day disputes, customer refunds, order release requests and related accounting control activities timely and accurately. This position is based in Austin, TX.
Experience supporting and coaching team members to achieve performance goals
Good knowledge of credit card processes, accounting and SOX controls Strong customer services, business partnership and cross-functional leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to partner with Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and deliver innovative reporting and scalable solutions Strong process and data analytical skills Strong time management skills and ability to work in a high volume environment with stringent deadlines
Prior experience with SAP, iRecon and RCDM preferred
Prior experience with payment processing preferredSQL and Tableau proficiency is a plus
