Job Summary

• Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Revenue Cycle Payments & Refunds the Credit Balance Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate resolution of insurance and patient credit balances to enable patient satisfaction and compliance with federal or state regulations.

Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

• Two to three years of experience of review cycle in healthcare preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $19.25 - $24.25 per hour
