Responsible for working with our lenders in the Agriculture space in analyzing commercial, business and/or personal financial data collected for the purpose of issuing, extending, amending, reviewing, monitoring and testing commercial credit facilities. Participate in and present summary reports for bank, business unit leadership.
25% Analysis of increasingly complex agricultural credit requests including credit, financial, and industry information of businesses and individuals to determine the degree of risk associated with the extension of credit.
25% Prepares and conducts Credit Approval Presentations ("CAPs") including summarizing and reporting trends and the presentation of credit facilities to the bank's Credit Committees.
20% Manages financial due diligence and loan documentation efforts including financial monitoring, collateral analysis, and risk rating management of current and prospective customers. Responsible for loan monitoring and compliance testing requirements.
20% Assist in the administration of FSA PLP and secondary market loan programs. Serve as a subject matter expert for agricultural production, operating, marketing, and risk management practices.
3 5 Years of agricultural credit lending experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Agribusiness undergraduate degree).
