Credit Administrator

AGRILAND FS is looking for a detail oriented Credit Administrator. This individual will offer strong inbound and outbound credit support to help with the flow of the Credit Department.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manages the day-to-day Credit Inbox and will prepare all credit applications for the Credit Managers

• Processes all credit applications that pass the criteria and those approved by the A/R Manager, establishing new accounts

• Tracks legal expenses by customer and location and prepares all legal documentation (invoices, statements, BOP, etc.)

• Prepares and sends Cure Notices from the Credit Manager and maintains Budget Billing

• Prepares and processes finance charge waivers for Credit Manager

What we need from you:

• Usually requires a minimum of a two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience with customer service and sales

• Ability to multitask and experience managing multiple projects at one time

• Excellent listening, communication, math, reading and business skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook with experience learning proprietary business support software

• Demonstrate self starting skills, work ethic, with ability to work beyond normal working hours
