Precision Credentialing Services is a national Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) providing credentials verification by primary source for all types of healthcare organizations including hospitals, surgical centers, preferred provider organizations, networks, associations, medical practices, and staffing organizations.

We are currently seeking Credentialing Coordinator for the following position located in Salt Lake City, Utah

Knowlege Skills Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Computer expertise, including database management, spreadsheets, Internet and Microsoft Word.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to train and delegate tasks to administrative assistants while maintaining work load/flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact primary sources via internet, mail, fax, or phone to verify practitioner credentials according to national standards and client specifications.

  • Initiate follow up protocols.

  • Prepare files for Credentialing Committee and/or client.

  • Maintain dynamic credentialing process.

  • Manage credentialing files to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Prepare periodic reports as requested by client, Credentialing Manager, Director of Operations, or Executive Director.

  • Billing Backup to Credentialing Manager.

  • Maintain good communication and professional relationship with clients.

CPCS or CPMSM Certification Preferred or 2 Year Minimum Credentialing Exp.

. Full Time Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm

Ramp Agents are responsible for processing baggage between baggage areas in the airport facilities and aircraft, as well as receiving and dispatching aircraft. * Routinely lift baggage, boxes, or cargo weighing 40 to 60 lbs when loading/unloading aircraft, and carts * Push/pull loaded and empty carts during loading/unloading operations * Couple/uncouple carts * Bend/stoop then crawl to move and stack/un-stack baggage in aircraft * Complete safety checklists for motorized equipment * Drive and operate motorized equipment (e.g., conveyor belt) * Read and interpret aircraft load sheets, checked baggage tags * Operate a computer to enter and retrieve data * Count baggage being uploaded/unloaded during operations * Operate portable radio or headphones * Connect hoses to aircraft * Use signaling devices to communicate with co-workers or flight crew * Escort passengers and special needs customers safely and courteously * Ensure compliance with SkyWest and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and policies * Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements * Must be at least 18 years old * Must possess a valid state issued driver's license * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain credentials necessary for the position * Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs clearances required * Must be able to pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Physical and Other Requirements * Ability to lift heavy bags in excess of 60+ pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation * Physical agility test may be required * Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and weather conditions for an extended period of time * Must be willing to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays * Must be flexible to work split shifts including early mornings, afternoons, and evenings Please complete the on-line application.
