Experience: Aminimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferably in ahospital medical staff credentialing office with basic medical terminologyknowledge.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School, some college preferred. CPCS orCPMSM certification preferred

Job Location: Overland Park Other Potential Locations: Overland Park, KS Anticipated Start Date: 12/31/2018 Number of Positions: 1 Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 #LI-BNSF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide training and administrative support for department training initiatives including: * Become the owner and subject matter expert (SME) of departmental training requirements. * Consult with business representatives on configuration options to maximize effectiveness and reporting considerations. * Coordinate with cross-functional directors and managers to develop training tracking strategies. * Maintain training course lists to ensure system integrity of training offerings. * Ensure courses are set-up properly so only qualified persons can perform safety related tasks. * Provide timely reports and dashboards accessible to field leaders. * Lead small technical teams to develop training plans with the business and design/development partners to drive efficient and effective training outcomes. * Provide guidance to field managers and craft employees who have questions or concerns concerning training tracking or reporting. * Conduct internal process reviews and assist with periodic audits to validate compliance * Send information letters to employees, add participants to class events and complete follow-up activities when necessary. * Coordinate intra-departmental initiatives to improve process efficiencies. * Assist in the implementation of new technologies such as robotics. * Perform other duties as assigned. * When needed, be able to provide 24/7 technical assistance via off-duty phone support. * Must be able to travel 3 days per month when required. QUALIFICATIONS: * Microsoft Windows expertise with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables. * Intermediate to high level of SQL knowledge and practical experience required. * Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a matrix type organization. * Knowledge and experience with SuccessFactor Learning is a plus * Railroad industry knowledge a plus * Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field preferred These general categories do not necessarily constitute an exhaustive list of duties of the position.
