Job Description:

The Creative Traffic Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate management of creative projects for the Creative Team, Cross-Functional Clients (including but not limited to Brand, Category, Promotions, MarTech, Communications and HR) and Agencies. This position is the main point of contact for the Creative Team and ensures proper inputs from internal clients and develops, coordinates, and executes plans to facilitate the efficient creation of signage, digital, photography and videography in accordance with established standards and procedures. The Creative Traffic Specialist will possess depth of knowledge in creating and managing timelines for a large volume of deliverables. You will play a vital role in ensuring internal clients provide the right inputs. You will be gathering details from other teams and assign work to the Creative Team based on priorities, with efficiencies in deliverable production top of mind.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to balance the expectations of internal clients with multiple projects spanning several capabilities in graphic design, digital design, photography, copy/content, videography, and agency productions - all delivering on business objectives.

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on prioritization, progress, and creative recommendations. Manage your time well, identifying and focusing on priorities while managing clients' expectations.

  • Partners with internal teams to ensure that projects and briefs are clearly defined, and can be delivered within required parameters (time, budget, etc.).

  • Gathers any missing details and critical information at the start of all projects.

  • Develops and implements traffic plans to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of creative.

  • Coordinates with internal teams to develop and execute effective traffic plans.

  • Leads new or optimizes opportunities for processes that deliver efficiencies in investment and speed to market.

  • Monitors and analyzes creative delivery performance and adjusts as necessary.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with creative partners (internal & freelance).

  • Monitors and ensures compliance with legal standards and regulations (disclaimers).

  • Troubleshoots and resolves any issues as needed.

  • Interprets strategy briefs to understand project requirements.

  • Serves as the primary input for archived projects (both physical and digital).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Production Management, or related field .

  • 1-2 years experience in traffic management and creative content delivery

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills

  • Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
