Coordinates a variety of print shop digital and large format printing related functions. Responsible for efficient print shop operation including project tracking/documentation, material inventory and ordering, and equitable distribution of work to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain expertise in the field of digital and large format printing to serve as a back-up for a high volume of requests and/or time off by print shop staff. Work with photo/video staff to coordinate and schedule client requests and manage the filming calendar. Work with management on client cost estimating for internal cost-recovery charges and lead the SCOAR program for data input/management throughout Creative Services.

Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Fiery XF Client and FileMaker Pro.

  • Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels both within and outside the laboratory

  • Working knowledge of electronic prepress, digital and large format printing, bindery, safety requirements and skills to perform assignments in the print shop

  • Working knowledge of Prisma Prepare

  • Ability to prioritize, plan and deliver workflow in a time-sensitive environment, while maintaining the ability to remain flexible and adjust to changing situations

  • Skill and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

  • History of performing well under pressure

  • Ability to accurately estimate the cost and time need to complete project

  • Work both independently with minimal guidance from immediate supervisor as well as engage with others in a team environment

  • Computer operation skill sufficient to permit data entry and database and spreadsheet operations

  • Passion for the mission of the Lab

  • Steward of Lab resources

The campus is located less than 30 minutes from two major airports, Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway (MDW), which provide daily direct flights to hundreds of U.S. and international cities. Given Timberline Knolls' proximity to Chicago, residents are able to enjoy off campus experiential activities that enhance their treatment. Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center was founded in 2005 with a team of compassionate psychiatrists, psychologists and clinicians who saw a critical need for a new type of inpatient treatment center: a residential facility combining excellence in medical and psychiatric care with awareness of the realities of recovery. PURPOSE STATEMENT: Responsible for ensuring quality care to patients by developing, implementing and directing mental health treatment programs. Responsibilities * Direct and oversee program operations, including budget management, developing marketing plans and independent decision making for program requiring clinical expertise. * Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning, care coordination and supervision to the staff. * Responsible for a limited caseload as needed. * Develop, plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment. * Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting problem and request for service. * Monitor meetings, as well as admission, continued stay and discharge criteria. * Provide clinical direction and leadership. * Direct crisis intervention efforts and intervene as required. * Provide health education to patients, staff and practitioners within area of specialty. Develops, implement and promote specified health education to the general campus community as appropriate. * Responsible for hiring staff. * Review caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services. * Provide onsite coverage for other programs when needed, develop and execute marketing plan for program as needed, and may provide training, case consultation and on call coverage during and after program hours as needed. * Develop and implement operating policies and procedures for the facility. * Ensure that procedures and workflow are consistent with organizational objectives, treatment protocols, regulations and standards of care. * Ensure that operations conform to established environmental, safety and infection control requirements. Job Requirements * Master's degree in Behavioral or Mental Health or closely related field. * Four or more years' experience working with the population of the facility and two or more years of previous supervisory experience. LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: * Licensed counselor/therapist, as required by the state and for the area of clinical expertise.
