About the Job

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for Creative Project Manager - Video and Social to join our Marketing Operations team. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day flow of all video and social projects as well as photo post-production- assisting Strategy, Creative, Production and Integrated Marketing teams in bringing projects to fruition. Key responsibilities include maintaining workflow across multiple groups and brands, strategically assigning resources, leading and overseeing the timely delivery of videos, photography and social content, handling the receipt of, scheduling, and completion of video and social projects within the Creative Studio and external partners accordingly. This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Lead in tracking and communicating video social project statuses, deliverables, specs, dependencies, and potential issues to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Receive Project Requests and Work Orders, prepare schedules and strategically assign resources, within Workfront per project.

  • Receive and route all proofs, ensuring project timelines are met.

  • Identify capacity across internal and external partners to ensure level workload across teams.

  • Track external partner spend with Production Manager

  • Manage video post-production in partnership with Video Editors and Producers; TV and Online Video in partnership with Media team.

  • Manage photo post-production with external retouching partners and internal retouch team in partnership with Retouch Manager.

  • Develop video and photo post-production and approval schedules for each project by brand.

  • Assist Sr. Director, Marketing Operations to maintain or evolve process-related needs in the department; analyze causes of problems; research possible solutions; and make recommendations.

What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 year of Creative Services Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years in a project management role in a creative environment

  • Experience in Video and/or Photo Post-Production and Social Media content creation

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent time and project management skills across various content types

  • Ability to work quickly and decisively, switching from Project Management tasks to critical thinking

  • Flexible with superior prioritization skills within a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, anticipating issues and providing visibility

  • Comfortable in team or autonomous work situations

  • Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to understand interdepartmental structure and dynamics; manage up, or sideways as needed; use diplomacy to balance competing project requests

  • Thorough understanding of Creative Studio processes and tools/platforms such as WorkFront, Frame.io and Figma

  • Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional area

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily

  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment

  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote location or a hybrid work arrangement from our Dublin California office.

The starting salary rate for this position is $70,200 - $105,000 and may increase to $134,500 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
